Michele Tobin

VP of Partnerships, Bumble 

Michele is a c-level executive that focuses on partnerships, branded content, advertising sales, and monetization to help her company succeed. She has over 15 years of experience across advertising sales and is known as a powerhouse influencer in the tech and marketing industries. 

At Bumble, Michele leads collaborative work with like-minded brands that align with their values and mission to promote equality and women’s empowerment. Michele has been tasked with rolling out a suite of partnership packages to brands looking to engage with Bumble’s user base of more than 50 million. This suite is comprised of branded content programs across the app interface, as well as through experiential and “a number” of other platforms. 

Kimberly Evans Paige 

EVP, Chief Marketing Officer, BET 

Kimberly has extensive experience in general management, marketing, strategic planning, innovation, and brand development. Her background provides extraordinary brand marketing and general management skills to drive expansion in any role she is a part of. She has held CMO, Brand and General management positions at Procter & Gamble, The Coca-Cola Company, Coty, and Sundial Brands. 

She has more than 20 years of experience leading in marketing with passion and dedication to making a change and a love for marketing and extensive consumer knowledge that has placed her amongst the elite in the marketing field today.

Yelitsa Jean-Charles

Founder/CEO, Roots Dolls 

Yelitsa is on a mission to make sure no one feels less than because of the kind of their curl or the color of their skin.  She wants to make sure all girls love their healthy roots. 

In 2018 she won the Startup Stampede, New Voices Fun Pitch competition, participated in the VFA Accelerator program and was awarded the first Main Street Ventures Wendy S. Lead Female founders Grant. 

In 2019 Yelitsa was accepted to the Backstage Accelerator program in Detroit.  Most recently she won People’s Choice and First Place at the 2019 Quicken Loans Detroit Demo Day.
