Customer Centricity

We have entered the era of centricity. The end game is to create a consistent, compelling, on-brand experience for consumers. A few months ago, I had the pleasure of sitting with global marketing executives Kelley Coleman Walton, Under Armour; Molly Catalano, Five Guys; and Ashley Dellavalle Jung, Stella Valle to discuss the challenges and opportunities for marketers.

The three came together to have a frank conversation about how they focus on creating (an) impactful customer experience. The truth is there isn’t a one-size fits all approach and it’s not a zero sum game.
