SALIENT SPOTLIGHT: Sparkfly Powers Chipotle’s Loyalty Program and Digital Customer Experience
This week, SalientMG would like to spotlight Sparkfly and Chipotle for their recent announcement highlighting their successful partnership.
Exciting news to come out of Chipotle today as they announce Sparkfly’s contribution to their recent success. Showing sales rising nearly 10% from the first quarter of 2018 to the first quarter of 2019. And digital sales growing by 100.7% from the prior year. Digital sales made up 15.7% of the first quarter sales. The Chipotle and Sparkfly company partnership really is a match made in heaven.

Chipotle partnered with Sparkfly in 2017 to implement a promotions management platform that streamlined the flow of data between systems. It also empowered marketing and significantly reduced existing hands-on support required from their IT and POS support teams.
Sparkfly’s foundational technology has supported Chipotle in creating a best of breed partner ecosystem and launching digital initiatives including the Chipotle Rewards Loyalty Program, In-Restaurant Technology Intelligence and Frictionless Online Ordering.
