Welcome to SalientMG
I’ve spent the past 16+ years working in complex global corporations, mid-size dynamic companies, and start-ups. While each of these terrific companies had their share of opportunities and challenges, there were universal truths in each of them—growth and scale were paramount, differentiated products were essential, and speed was critical—and all of this was underpinned by the people (employees) these companies attracted and attempted to engage.
Transformation was not always necessarily a company goal, particularly when employees were spending long days and weeks executing their day-to-day jobs. But transformation was exactly what many of these companies needed when growth slowed, when markets became crowded and when distinction became a nice-to-have instead of a must-have when quarterly revenue was the top priority.
Enter SalientMG. Please visit our ‘About Us’ page to see the full launch team. I’m impressed every day by my associates—we are senior, experienced marketing executives from the digital/mobile, political and human capital industries. Our mission is to help early-stage, established and late-stage/exit-seeking organizations find their critical salient points – and use them for explosive success.
The term salient means “moving by leaps or springs, jetting upward, standing out conspicuously or prominently, of notable significance.” For any company or organization trying to stand out from their actual or perceived competitors, regardless of market or industry, its salient points are critical to its success. Today’s digital/mobile world is ever-changing, ridiculously competitive – and a constant battle. It’s no longer a race to market – but a race to survival and success.
We are thrilled to launch SalientMG with some tremendous clients. Here’s a quick snapshot of several of them: Rovio (Angry Birds), Sparkfly, uKnow, Grassloot, GoMoDev, Disruptathon, Jimmy LaSalvia, Infoition, OhMyGov, Gate Gourmet, Verve Partnership, Confidential C3s and C4s, Impact HR – and more.
Keep an eye on each of our launch clients. They are all poised to greatly impact their designated industries and beyond. And, if you are interested in hearing more about any of them, please contact us at email@example.com and we’ll get back to you right away.
Until then, peruse our site (particularly our Speakers Bureau, which we’ll be writing more about over the coming weeks) and stay tuned.
