Jessica covers technology as the senior writer for USA TODAY and she leads coverage of equity, inclusion and diversity in Silicon Valley. Before working at USA TODAY she has been the writer at The Los Angeles Times, San Francisco Chronicle, and Knight Ridder.

Megan works on raising and allocating capital for tech-based companies at critical moments in their evolution. As a result, she can simultaneously understand the motivations of the CEO of a company and its institutional investors – who both want to scale that company 10X. At GC, she works closely with portfolio companies including Grammarly, Livongo, and Samsara, and focuses on early-stage investing. Charlotte Blank is one of the world’s first “chief behavioral officers.” As CBO of Maritz, Charlotte leads Maritz’s practice of behavioral science and innovation. She forges the connection between academic theory and applied business practice, by elevating the use of field research to advance our understanding of human behavior in the modern marketplace. Charlotte has led programs in consumer psychology and global branding during her ten years in the media and automotive industries, including various marketing roles for General Motors, and new product innovation for Turner Broadcasting.

Emily is the anchor of “Bloomberg Technology,” a live daily show about technology, innovation and the future of business at 2pmPT/5pmET. She is also the host of “Studio 1.0,” a long-form interview series, where she speaks to influencers in tech and media. Before joining Bloomberg, Emily was an International Correspondent for CNN based in Beijing and London.
She is also on the board of BUILD, a non-profit organization that helps keep disadvantaged, disengaged kids in school by teaching them entrepreneurship.
