Erin Stanton

Marketing & PR Manager, SalientMG

A devoted marketing professional, Erin utilizes her blended background of sales, marketing, communications and project management to provide nontraditional go-to-market strategies and executive visibility for underrepresented professionals.

Catherine Tabor

Founder & CEO, Sparkfly

A technology pioneer and digital visionary, Catherine is a seasoned entrepreneur who has founded and scaled several businesses over the last 20 years.

Catherine and her team were one of the first to develop connectivity between media and the point of sale and invented two issued patents related to tracking mobile media and store loyalty. She believes that mobile offers can be the unifying force between mobile media and the point of sale, and was named one of Mobile Marketer’s Mobile Women to Watch.

Leveraging this new groundbreaking technology, Sparkfly continues to grow and develop innovative technology to solve real business problems and create real results for its clients.

Catherine also served as the chair of the marketing committee on the Woodruff Arts Center board of directors and is currently a member of the Board of Visitors at The University of Georgia.

Recently Catherine also won the Innovator Award at the 2020 Top Women in Restaurant Technology Awards!

Naomi Hirabayashi

Co-Founder & Co-CEO, Shine Inc. 

Naomi Hirabayashi is the co-founder & co-CEO at Shine Inc, a product of daily texts and customized responses to help women and all working professionals slay the day with confidence tips, work hacks, and humor.

She is a frequent speaker, with notable appearances at the Youth Assembly at the United Nations, the 24 Hours of Reality event on a panel with former Vice President, Al Gore, and the Ad Age CMO Summit. Noami is also on SalientMG’s board of directors. 

Naomi was named a “2013 People to Watch: Rising PR Stars 30 and Under” by PR News. 

Nishma Robb

Marketing Director, Google 

As the Marketing Director at Google UK, Nishma is responsible for Google’s Brand & Reputation as well as leading advertising and industry marketing. She is a passionate leader and champion for Diversity and Equality 

She was previously the Chair of Women at Google and also a Non-Exec Board Director and Fellow of The Marketing Society.

She has a number of accolades including being selected Ad Age’s Woman to Watch in Europe 2018, being listed in the Campaign 2019 A-List, one of The Drum’s Digerati and recognized as a ‘Trailblazer’ in the Campaign 2019 Annual. In 2016, she was recognized as one of the most influential and innovative people in the UK’s creative industry in The Hospital Club’s prestigious h100 awards and is listed as one of the top BAME execs in the UK.

Mary Emily O’Hara

Diversity & Inclusion Reporter, Adweek 

O’Hara specializes in covering LGBTQ+ issues & other underrepresented communities.

In 2016, Mary Emily won an NLGJA (National Association of LGBTQ Journalists) award for their coverage of transgender healthcare apps and is known for breaking the story of the nation’s first legally nonbinary person obtaining legal status that same year. Their continued coverage ultimately helped lead at least 11 U.S. states to add gender-neutral options to driver’s licenses and ID cards.

Vasu has spent over 18 years in tech across marketing (brand, comms, products, demand, operations), strategy and general management in Cloud, CyberSecurity, IoT & Mobility

She’s a passionate, customer-centric and purpose-driven marketing & business leader who’s able to drive transformation, build inspiring brands, create disruptive thought leadership, and bolster demand.

Vasu has been recognized by Forbes as “CMO Next” one of 50 Marketing Chiefs redefining the role and shaping the future of marketing. Recognized as a Top 25 Woman in Cyber Security by the Software Review and also as one of the 10 Best CMOs of 2019 by Silicon Review. She was also a 2018 Woman of the Year finalist by Women in IT Awards, 

She was part of Marketers that Matter Innovation Council in 2018 & 2019 and is a Silicon Valley Exec Network Board of Directors.

Stephanie Nadi Olson

Founder, We Are Rosie

Stephanie is a constant voice for the voiceless and strives to drastically change the industry by connecting brands & agencies with incredible talent.

 Stephanie Nadi Olson is an advertising executive who founded We Are Rosie in 2018 based on a genuine understanding of what it feels like to “not belong.” Her life experience as the daughter of a refugee has driven her affinity and advocacy for marginalized groups. We Are Rosie is a manifestation of her soul’s calling to create a better way to do business by focusing on the people doing the work. Over the course of her career in advertising, Stephanie has worked closely with big brands and major tech companies and has developed a unique 360-degree view of industry practices and the need for transformation. Using this experience, she has created a human-centered approach to marketing that celebrates diversity and facilitates happiness, while ensuring that We Are Rosie maintains integrity and authenticity every step of the way. 

In 2019, Stephanie was awarded Entrepreneur of the Year by the Stevie Awards, is a Council Member for the Forbes Agency Council, and the Founder of Refugee Supper Club in Atlanta. She also is a member of Phobio’s Advisory Board.
