Eliza has 18 years of both client and agency marketing experience: 6 years as a senior marketing executive at top global companies (Microsoft and Mondelez) and 12 years as a strategist at top global agencies (TBWA, W+K, JWT and DDB).

As Senior Director of Global Brand Strategy, Naming, Management and Partnerships at Microsoft, Eliza led a senior team of global strategists and partnership managers committed to elevating the strategic and creative marketing excellence of Microsoft’s productivity software portfolio.

As VP Global Brand Strategy at Mondelēz International Eliza nurtured a $36 billion portfolio of high growth global brands (Oreo and Cadbury among others). Her international team of strategists provided brand strategy and creative development support to Mondelēz brands as well as thought leadership to the global organization. 

As a brand strategist at agencies Eliza worked on Cannes award-winning campaigns, helped win new business, and developed IP.

She is also a Board Director for The Advertising Club of New York.
