Director of Research and Analytics
Tyanne Gibson is the Director of Research and Analytics at SalientMG, where she leads qualitative and quantitative research initiatives to generate strategic insights and thought leadership for a diverse client base. Tyanne has spent the last fourteen years in a collaborative research environment managing multifaceted projects for corporate clients. Her expertise includes validating measurement objectives by identifying data requirements and applying best practices to drive critical business investments and decisions for bottom-line results.
Prior to joining SalientMG, Tyanne was a Client Manager at ForeSee, based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. In this role, she was a trusted subject matter expert regarding the measurement of customer satisfaction and was responsible for the strategic and tactical relationship of several high-profile domestic and international clients, in a variety of industries. Her dynamic presentation skills of analytical findings consistently delivered actionable recommendations which impacted corporate KPIs, resource allocation and financial performance for clients.
Tyanne has also previously worked for Detroit Newspapers, a multi-platform media communications company. She held the role of a Research Analyst, where she analyzed and evaluated data to leverage market information to identify opportunities for business development.
Tyanne is particularly skilled at creating and sustaining highly valued, long-term client partnerships. She is analytical, a strategic thinker, with a record of success leading cross functional teams that contribute to a company’s success and growth.
Tyanne graduated from Northwood University in Midland, Michigan with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Business Management & Marketing. She lives in Southern Maryland with her husband and daughter. Much of her spare time is spent cheering at her daughter’s various sporting events and volunteering at church and local charities.
