Mack McKelvey 

Founder & CEO, SalientMG

Mack serves as senior marketing counsel for technology companies and brands at various stages of growth.Throughout her 20+ year career, she has led transformative teams that accelerate revenue and create market differentiation for publicly-traded and privately-held tech companies.

Prior to founding SalientMG, she was the Senior Vice President of Marketing, Millennial Media, from the company’s start-up stage through its successful 2012 IPO. Before Millennial, she held senior business and marketing roles at SIRIUS XM Radio, VeriSign, AMS (now CGI), and British Telecom (BT Ignite); she began her career at Lucent Technologies (AT&T before the 1996 trivestiture).

Mack is a frequent advertising and tech industry speaker, conference advisor, and awards judge. She currently serves on the Advisory Board for Advertising Week Europe and Advertising Week New York; the Board of Directors for the Marketers Choice Awards, a member of the Advertising Women of NY and she previously served on the North American Board of the Mobile Marketing Association and the Mobile Board of the Interactive Advertising Bureau.

Mack worked with Business Insider to create the 2016, 2015 and 2014 lists of “The Most Powerful Women in Mobile Advertising”. In 2013 and 2012, Mack was named one of “The Most Powerful Women in Mobile Advertising” by Business Insider. In 2012, Mack received the American Advertising Federation (AAF) Silver Medal Award for outstanding industry contribution. In 2010, she was listed on the inaugural “Mobile Women to Watch” by Mobile Marketer; and she was a contributing author of Mobile Marketing for Dummies.


Gladys Kong

CEO, UberMedia

Gladys is the CEO of UberMedia and an expert in mobile technology and data solutions; follow her thought leadership as a Forbes contributor here. 

Gladys is currently on the board of directors for Innovate Pasadena, was named one of Business Insider’s “30 Most Powerful Women in Mobile Advertising” in 2015 and 2016. She was also one of Mobile Marketer’s “Mobile Women to Watch.” 

Her expertise and passion for innovation also directly contributed to UberMedia being ranked #16 in The Wall Street Journal’s “Top 50 Startups” and listed as one of Fast Company’s “50 Most Innovative Companies.” UberMedia was also one of OnMedia’s “Top 100 Private Companies” and one of the “Best Entrepreneurial Companies in America” by Entrepreneur Magazine.


Danielle Lee

Danielle is the Global Vice President of Partner Solutions at Spotify. She’s an accomplished strategic marketing professional with over 15 years of experience in brand building, media innovation and technology for some of the world’s most respected brands.

In 2014, Danielle was named one of the Most Powerful Women in Mobile Advertising by Business Insider.

Danielle holds an MBA in Marketing and Media Management from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Columbia University.


Laurel Rossi

Founding Executive Director, Creative Spirit US 

Laurel is a senior executive leader with extensive experience pitching new business and driving a P&L. She is skilled at driving top-line results via sales, marketing, advertising, operations, strategy and corporate social responsibility in both entrepreneurial and agency settings. As an experienced CMO for multiple global brands and digital agency founder, she has a track record of brand and company activations. Extremely effective in matrixed work environments, Laurel cultivates strong relationships with teammates, colleagues and consultants. 

Laurel is also the Founding Executive Director of Creative Spirit in the US. Creative Spirit is the first global organization to create integrated employment for neurodiverse individuals at the best companies in the world. 85% of those with intellectual, developmental and learning disabilities are unemployed; 50% of those with jobs are severely underemployed and live below poverty level. Last week, Laurel helped raise $500k for Creative Spirit at their annual charity gala in NYC!

Allison Clift-Jennings

Allison Clift-Jennings is the co-founder and CEO of Filament since 2012. With an engineering background in both hardware and software as well as experience with startups in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and New York City, she is well suited with both the business and technical aspects of Filament’s industrial IoT platform. 

Allison also serves on the Computer Science & Engineering advisory board at the University of Nevada, Reno.  Her personal interests lie in systems theory, permaculture, and analog music synthesizers.


Jillian Kowalchuk

Jillian Kowalchuk is an award-winning entrepreneur, professional speaker and is the Founder & CEO of Safe & The City, the AI street-smarts app to safely navigate while making your experience count. 

She sits on the Commonwealth Businesswomen Executive Team to empower one billion girls and women into business and was awarded “Most Inspiring Role Model” by the 53 Commonwealth Governments. She sits on the Department for International Trade’s Global Entrepreneurial Programme Female Founders Advisory Board to help attract and retain international female talent to the U.K. 

Jillian is a TEDx speaker, business coach and consultant sharing her knowledge and experience of traveling to over 50 countries and a breadth of knowledge on gender equality, tech4good, women in STEM to inspire and motivate others to take innovative action to solve meaningful problems. 

Jillian is a founding member of FemTechTalks, which seeks to find practical methods women can overcome structural and internal barriers in tech.
