Latosha Stone 

Founder, Proper Gnar

Latosha is an experienced designer and marketing professional with a demonstrated history of working in the apparel and fashion industry. She is skilled in photography, illustration, marketing, retail, wholesale, and graphic design. 

Latosha is the founder of the only Black woman-owned skateboarding company in the market today. She channels her genuine love for skateboarding into creating custom skateboards, clothing, and art prints unlike any other brand. In addition to the products Stone sells, she also helps bring women skaters to the forefront of the sport through sponsorship. 


Carolyn Guss

Vice President Corporate Marketing, PagerDuty

Carolyn is a technology marketing and communications leader with over 20 years experience. She started out her career in London running corporate comms for Orange, the large French mobile operator. She found her way to the West Coast of the U.S. in about 2008 working in Silicon Valley. She worked for Domo, Nutanix, Qualtrics, PagerDuty, and Robinhood. She met Jennifer Tejada and the team at PagerDuty, where she got excited about the mission of the company and the opportunity to really up level the marketing story because it is a complex technology. 


Lisa Lucas 

Executive Director, National Book Foundation

Lisa is the Executive Director of the National Book Foundation. Prior to joining the Foundation, she served as the Publisher of Guernica, a non-profit online magazine focusing on writing that explores the intersection of art and politics with an international and diverse focus. Prior to that, she served as Director of Education at the Tribeca Film Institute, on the development team at Steppenwolf Theatre Company, and as a consultant for the Sundance Institute, San Francisco Film Society, the Scholastic Art & Writing Awards, and ReelWorks Teen Filmmaking. Lisa also serves on the literary council of the Brooklyn Book Festival.


Shereen Shermak 

Entrepreneur In Residence at Harvard Business School, & Chief Revenue Officer & Co-Founder, NTH Party

Shereen is a boston-based venture capitalist, entrepreneur and active angel investor. Her earlier career consisted of launching internal fintech ventures for large financial services firms, after joining the technology strategy firm. Shereen also spent six years working as an environmental engineer after graduating from Duke University. Shereen received her M.B.A. from MIT’s Sloan School and holds an M.P.A. from Harvard’s Kennedy School. She currently serves on the Board of Overseers of Big Brothers Big Sisters Massachusetts Bay and on the Board of Overseers of the Pratt School of Engineering at Duke University.


Hannah Son

Hannah is a marketing director with a strong focus on growth strategy. She has the proven ability to to execute integrated marketing campaigns that increase revenue and exceed ROAS goals. She is a proactive leader dedicated to building strong teams, improving princesses and making data-driven decisions. Hannah has expertise in channel attribution, analytics, e-commerce, paid social, paid search, SEO, and app marketing.


Uche Blackstock MD 

Founder & CEO at Advancing Health Equity

Uche is a Harvard-educated physician who is passionate about equity and justice in healthcare and society. Advancing Health Equity was founded with the goal of partnering with healthcare organizations to address a few of the critical factors that contribute to health inequity, through keynote talks, educational training and consulting services. Over the last ten years of clinical practice, she has witnessed first-hand the deleterious impact of health inequity and healthcare disparities on our marginalized populations and communities. 


Bo Ren

Head of Ecosystem & Assistant GM at Samsung NEXT

Bo is a liberal arts thinker, PM turned investor and incubation partner. She advises and invests in startups helping them find early product-market fit and go-to-market strategy. She currently leads Samsung NEXT in the responsible AI space, developing a thesis on trustworthy AI/ML, fairness, and bias. In her free time, she writes about product management, culture, behavioral science, and career pathing. Bo’s writing has been featured in The Atlantic, New York Times, FastCompany, Women 2.0, Thinkapps, and Yourstory Media.
