Kay Prince

Gina Grillo

President & CEO, The Advertising Club New York

Gina leads The AD Club team and over 5,000 members with access to a network of thought leaders; the fuel for creativity; progress toward greater diversity and inclusion; and the best training for professional development.

She has 20+ years at The AD Club, and has transformed the Club into the voice of the modern ad industry which, in turn, shaped the conversation around diversity of thought, start-up innovation, support of Young Professionals, cultivated the importance of bravery in advertising, and has become a platform to the entire advertising, marketing and media community in New York. 

Gina is a force to be reckoned with – she oversees the International ANDY Awards and is on the NYC Virtual Enterprise Advisory Board. She is a Founding Member of the ADCOLOR Industry Coalition and serves on their Board of Directors, she is also a member of Advertising Week’s Board of Directors, both of which focuses on strengthening the industry and advocates diversity retention and driving business forward for the entire advertising and marketing industries.

Gina also works closely with the prestigious industry leaders who comprise The AD Club’s Board of Directors to support the Club’s mission to move the advertising industry forward.

Minerva Tantoco 

Board Member, Vital Vio

Minerva is focused on applied innovation, and creating and implementing future-facing tech strategies that turn business strategy into reality.

Tantoco served as New York City’s first-ever Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Appointed in 2014, she directed the Mayor’s Office of Technology and Innovation. Tantoco launched groundbreaking initiatives in smart city policy and government tech, such as LinkNYC, CSforAll, Neighborhoods.NYC, the first-ever IoT Guidelines for New York City, and NYC’s Smart+Equitable City Strategy. Based on her efforts, New York City was named “2016 Best Smart City” at the Global Smart City Awards.

At Merrill Lynch and UBS, Tantoco’s mobile technology projects earned recognition from Wall Street & Tech magazine and the CIO Innovation Award.

Tantoco is passionate about Tech for Good, and Inclusion in Tech, and is currently an entrepreneur and investor, a frequent speaker on artificial intelligence, internet of things, and fintech topics.

Ashley Dellavalle-Jung 

Co-Founder & Chief Creative Officer, Stella Valle

Ashley Jung and her sister Paige Dellavalle, Co-Founders and Designers of Stella Valle, are business partners. Both attended the United States Military Academy. Once their active duty was complete, the duo launched the collection for retail with Henri Bendel and Bloomingdale’s buying the line.

For funding, they took their story to Hollywood via ABC’s hit TV show “Shark Tank.” Their segment aired in May 2013 during the show’s Season Four Finale, unveiling that the sisters landed Lori Greiner and Mark Cuban as their investors and business partners. After partnering with Lori Greiner, the Stella Valle sisters and Greiner designed a stylish, but affordable jewelry line called Women Warriors by Stella Valle.
