Jennifer Lum 

Entrepreneur in Residence, Harvard Business School

Jennifer is an entrepreneur, angel investor, and startup advisor.  She has co-founded Forge.AI and Adelphic, which was acquired by Time.  Jennifer was also an early team member at Quattro Wireless, acquired by Apple, m-Qube, acquired by VeriSign, and WebHosting.com, acquired by AT&T. She has previously worked as a management consultant with financial services and technology companies. Jennifer has been featured in Harvard Business Review, New York Times, TechCrunch, and The Boston Globe.


Melina Jacovou 

Founder, Propel London 

Melina’s career has spanned 25 years and she is one of the most recognizable figures in the UK digital industry. As a pioneer of talent for the digital economy, Melina founded Propel London in 2001 and the agency is now one of the UK’s largest independent digital talent businesses. Through her invaluable expertise in digital talent, she has helped hundreds of businesses grow through the acquisition of skilled digital professionals. She has also invested in and advised many high growth tech companies and has mentored founders in the digital ecosystem.

In recent years Melina was named in the Hospital Club’s “Top 100 Influential People in Digital”, won the inaugural MARA Award for “Best Human Resources Boss” and in 2012 she led Propel to victory in the “Best Large Agency” category.

Kerry Flynn 

Media Reporter, CNN

Kerry is a business reporter who started in newspapers where she drifted to magazines and she spent the past few years in digital media. She recently joined CNN to cover the media industry including media giants, digital media, newspapers, and magazines. Prior to CNN, Kerry was a reporter at Digiday, where she investigated marketers’ and publishers’ relationships with tech companies.


Molly Catalano

Vice President of Marketing & Communications, Five Guys Enterprises  

Molly has been at Five Guys for 14 years where she started as the Director of Communications and Public Relations.  Molly has been able to use her background and skills in customer service, public relations, communications, social media, and marketing to excel in her current role. 

Molly attributes her success at Five Guys to her laser focus on creating positive customer experiences. 


Rahda Subramanyam 

Chief Research & Analytics Officer, CBS Corporation and President, CBS Vision – CBS Corporation

Radha is one of the media industry’s top research and analytics experts. She was appointed Chief Research and Analytics Officer at CBS Television Network in November 2017. Radha possesses extensive experience in research and data analytics in all areas of the industry, including Broadcast, Cable, Digital, Direct to Consumer, OTT as well as Audio and Social Media. Subramanyam currently oversees all research operations for CBS, including audience measurement, analytics, market research, program testing, and advertising research.

In 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 Radio Ink named Radha as one of the Most Influential Women in Radio and featured her on the cover of their 2013 November issue. In 2011 and then again in 2016 she was honored as one of the Most Powerful and Influential Women in the Tri-State area by the National Diversity Council. Radha is also the recipient of the Women with Solutions award, from the Alliance for Women in Media, for her leadership in increasing awareness and access to science, technology, engineering, and math to young women. In 2017 Radha was on the Digital “It List (Cynopsis Media). In 2019 Radha was also named one of the Power Women of New York by Variety Magazine.


Judy Lee

Judy has a broad and deep background across multiple marketing disciplines. She is also a thought leader who has judged numerous award competitions and shared her point of view at industry events.  She is recognized for her work in transforming Pinterest’s brand experiences. 

Judy has been named a Top Woman to Watch by Brand Innovators and a Top Woman in Events by Event Marketer in 2019.
